During my 10-week internship with Bridgecrest's Process Management team, I worked on optimizing internal operations across DriveTime and Carvana auto loan portfolios.
After initially analyzing the total loss process, I pivoted to focus on improving four key auto loan unwind processes. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to map current workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend scalable solutions using tools like Microsoft Visio.
My work contributed to enhanced clarity in process documentation and stronger internal controls aimed at reducing early loan losses. This experience sharpened my problem-solving, cross-departmental communication, and process engineering skills within a fast-paced financial services environment.

As a founding member of the Student Managed Investment Fund, I had the opportunity to network with leading investment professionals from firms such as Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets, and represent our team at industry events, including the Global Asset Management Education (G.A.M.E.)
